Mellyroon is an elf girl who lived on Mipross Island in the past. Originally, Mellyroon was killed by the mazoku Joyrock when he slaughtered all the elves of Mipross. However, a time-travelling Lina Inverse was able to destroy Joyrock and save the lives of the island's elves, including Mellyroon. The human boy Rowdy Gabriev, an ancestor of Gourry Gabriev, had a crush on Mellyroon as a child.
