昭和初期，帝都 東京府。懷抱樂器盒的奇妙團體，降臨在東京車站。他們是為了狩獵吸血鬼而來的「獵人」———。其中有一位尤其冷靜、散發出非同尋常氣氛的青年。 他是狼與人類的混血，被吸血鬼毀滅了故鄉的男人，名字叫做尤里。圍繞著名為「天狼之匣」的聖櫃，與吸血鬼展開死戰的尤里等人。他們在戰鬥的最後得知的真相究竟是……？ 悠遠的恩仇與策謀的螺旋相交錯，至極的懸疑動作劇，於此開幕！
