Basil is a reverse number 004 and a blonde 17-year old member of Sccaggs. Always very polite and elegant in his white suit, Basil is also a neat freak and abhors anything dirty and filthy. His weapon is "Scorpion" and his hands, which are always covered in gloves, release a corrosive substance which eats away and destroys anything he touches. Despite his charming appearance, Basil is a sadistic and cruel individual who holds a grudge against Andy, due to Andy beating him as a child when they were both captives of the Sccaggs labs.
