Hisui initially comes off as completely uninterested in standing out due to his want of a "normal everyday life" - now enter the vampire Rushella into what was originally the long-sought peaceful life for the unfortunate boy; thankfully due to his body's constitution he is completely unaffected by all of the usually common occurrences between a human meeting a vampire and being fed upon. For the main part, he will never come under the effects of a vampire's 'mystic eyes' nor come under the adverse effect of being bitten by a vampire, which leads to becoming one of their kin.
