Gilliam is the son of Black Phantom and Yuuri's brother. Ever since he was a child his father has always referred to him as 'useless' and favored his sister far more. However since Yuuri's disappearance, Gilliam has risen in power with the intention to prove himself to his father, trying to convince him that he is more suitable than his sister to become his right-hand man.
