Ramon d'Soriet is an original character from the <i>Eat-Man</i> anime and he appears in the 3rd episode "Room of Promises". Ramon is an art curator and owner of the Consortium d'Soriet, who is searching for a mysterious painting, kept in the remote "Hotel Promise". Located in the middle of a desert and falling apart, all the adventurers and mercenaries that were sent to the place by Ramon did not return, with Bolt being the thirteenth hired by him.
All those who entered the hotel were hypnotized by the painting and ended up becoming employees of the place, completely losing their memories of their past lives. The painting in question is a self-portrait of the late grandmother of Anina Faisal, the current owner of the hotel. When Bolt finally manages to leave the place with the object in hand and discover its paranormal powers, he realizes that Ramon intended to study the painting and use it for personal purposes. Bolt quickly materializes a shotgun, kills Ramon along with all his men, and later destroys the painting on the outskirts of the hotel.
