Cain is a major villain of the "Mutant Warriors" arc in the 2001 anime <i>Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier</i>. He and his friends were sent by Dr. Gamo Whisky to eliminate the 00 cyborg team and retrieve Gamo's son Ivan, who is among the 00 cyborgs.
He is a loose analogue to The Commander from the manga's <i>Immigration</i> arc.
