Simeon is a minor recurring character of the Pokémon anime. He first appeared in <i>Jostling for the Junior Cup!</i>, where he participated in the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup and was Horatio's first opponent. However, he was defeated by him and eliminated from the tournament. He made a cameo appearance in <i>Goodbye, Junior Cup - Hello Adventure!</i>, where he lined up with all the other competitors in front of Alder, Cynthia, Caitlin and Freddy O'Martian.
