Mujin is a young woman who disguises herself thoroughly when acting her part as vilzone boss, going so far as to shield her face, bind her chest and wear a voice scrambler. The voice scrambler generates a monotone, which is received as creepy or annoying, depending on viewpoint. She seems to allow people to assume that she is male while under disguise.
