Zepia Eltnam Atlasia is the head of Atlas and one of its Six Sources in Fate Worlds. In Fate Worlds, the title of Dead Apostle Ancestor does not exist, and although Zepia became a Vampire, he has not left Atlas like his Tsukihime World counterpart, Night of Wallachia. The Fate timeline Zepia had maintained his sanity and was a nurturing paternal figure to Sion, unlike his Tsukihime counterpart. He showed remarkable concern for Sion and seemingly humanity as a whole, as he allowed her to leave Atlas in order to provide aid to Chaldea against the Alien God. While he has a strong one-sided love for Sion, it is rumoured that he adds to her trials out of a joy of seeing her under stress, but it is unconfirmed. He is a loving father who often dotes on Sion. Zepia is constantly calculating the countless possibilities of reality, to the point that sometimes it seems that he can see the future. He calls these calculated possibilities scripts, as if the world were a play, though because there are so many possibilities he cannot be sure of what "script" the world will follow.
