Kouji is a seemingly young man who is at least in his 30s. He also has short brown hair, black eyes, a small mustache and a beard. He wears a dark suit with a white shirt underneath and a tie, dark pants. and dark shoes. Not much is seen of his personality, but he appears to be a serious man and is also loyal to the gang he's a part of. He also has respect for his higher ups.
