Despite coming off like a yankī, Taiga is an easy going, friendly and relaxed guy who shares a very close relationship with his younger sister and is quite protective toward her, although he also sometimes teases her like their older sister, and Taiga is also largely responsible for teaching Nagatoro many of her martial arts skills.
