Kuroda satsuki is the Class Representative. And the main character in <i>Iinchou wa Saimin Appli wo Shinjiteru</i>. As well as being in the top 3 ranking students since Kodera & the Class Rep have been in the same school (Kodera briefly mentions since final year of junior high; so grade 8 ) & same class for 3 years, now going into the 4th because they are sophmores which means grade 11 and this is in the details of the h-manga version but not the original doujin that started this story's journey to animation.
