Veor is a 18 year-old barbarian warrior also known as "Raisei," a nickname meaning "Thundering Voice" - the name of a powerful sonicboom-like attack that he can produce using his voice. He is heir to the barbarian settlement, and the son of Uldyn, "the One-Eyed." He meets Serafina in battle, during the war between the barbarians and the Kingdom of Illdoren.
