Arsenio is the servant of the Herbal Witch Betty, who in turn is the disciple of Eternal Vivian. Arsenio is possessed by a fire demon in the form of a lizard, which makes him mostly immune to fire and allows him to wield fire magic. Before he got posessed, he was a blacksmith by trade and created magical weapons, which he picked up again at a later date to create weapons for his friend.
